This tool lets you automate important marketing tasks and run successful marketing campaigns. It provides various tools to help you connect with your audience at different points in their journey through various marketing channels.

You can use GetResponse’s easy drag-and-drop builder to create landing pages, signup forms, and popups. This helps you collect contacts and expand your list. You can manage your list using GetResponse’s tools for organizing and segmenting contacts.

To keep your audience engaged, you can send them well-designed emails and set up automated responses using AI. You can also use other communication channels like SMS, web push notifications, and live chat. GetResponse lets you automate communication by creating visual workflows and sales funnels.

When your contacts are ready to buy, GetResponse helps you turn them into customers with personalized product recommendations, promo codes, and reminders for abandoned carts.

However, AWeber lacks some advanced features like Inbox Preview, Spam Check, or Dark-Mode Preview that you’ll find on GetResponse. Mobile optimization options are limited, too – you can only stack columns next to each other on mobile devices.

With GetResponse, you get to decide if you want to use their ready-made templates or create your email campaigns using the GetResponse Email Creator.

They have over 100 pre-built templates that work on any device. These templates are flexible, and they keep adding new ones to stay in line with the latest design trends.

In summary, both email creators are alike. Aweber is more user-friendly to beginners, but GetResponse has a bit more features to offer. 

For example, GetResponse gives you 2 million free high-quality images from Shutterstock, whereas AWeber provides only around a thousand photos.

For those who are more experienced in email marketing, these additional features can be really helpful. They make sure your campaigns always look professional and land in your contacts’ inboxes.

To automate the process of nurturing leads, you’ll need to set up a landing page, create a follow-up sequence, and link them using the Campaigns feature. This helps you make simple lead-generation campaigns and follow-up sequences with less effort.

But, if you want more advanced scenarios, AWeber has some limitations. In their Campaigns feature, you can only send emails, add wait times, and apply/remove tags. Once your contacts are in, it’s time to start your email campaigns. You can choose from one-time newsletters, RSS-to-email broadcasts, autoresponders, and marketing automation campaigns. No matter which one you pick, you can get started really quickly, thanks to their ready-made templates.

You design your emails in their advanced email creator, and they even have some awesome free email templates. If you want to design everything from scratch or use an HTML code editor, you’re free to do that, too.
