It will include two parts: 1) a JavaScript file and 2) an HTML div tag with a class attribute.

If you created a static, inline, or embedded form widget, copy the div tag with a unique class name and paste it where you want to showcase the widget and embed the JavaScript file at the header section of your website theme, template, or source code editor.

If you created a floating form widget, paste the HTML div tag before your website’s closing body tag (</body>).
