  1. It would be nice to receive a notice that your grammarly subscription is about to run out and ask if you want to renew or update your credit card. The card that was charged to was compromised and they went ahead and used not once but twice – 2 yearly charges why??? And the. 2 over draft fees ….   2. They don’t do refunds anymore. If folks want to try the premium, sign up for a month for $30 rather than a year subscription. I tried it and found it lacking. It failed to defect serious errors, especially after accepting its suggestions. It left me with this:
    “…there would not a running replica when the app is deployed untiltraffic…”
    Grammarly does’t seem to recheck text after you accept or decline its suggestions. Instead, it tells you “All clear!” In fact, Grammarly just checked this post and missed untiltraffic.

  3. I was just charged 188 USD for Grammarly a second time. Thought I had cancelled, quit the extension, answered exit survey, recently had checked my Google Play account so that I did not have any active subs.

    “They don’t do refunds anymore” I guess they don’t do returning customers either then, I didn’t have any problems paying for the annual sub, but since I haven’t been using it at all, I think you (Grammarly) got enough out of me already, why would you want to “refresh” my subscription when I haven’t been using my account?

    Doesn’t seem like good business practice, I used to like your service and now I don’t since it have become more and more intrusive over the years.

  4. I am from Brazil and last week I purchased Grammarly’s annual plan. When I checked my credit card I saw that they charged in dollar $144 and not in real, the currency of my country. It was a terrible mistake and I asked for the cancellation and refund. Will I be able to get it? The dollar amount quoted above is almost half my salary. I can’t afford it.
